My Shatel Mobile 19.0

This application is designed to provide self-care services to users of the Shatel Mobile operator. To use the app, users simply need to have or create their Shatel Mobile self-care account using their National ID as the username, along with their self-care password. By logging into the app, users gain access to a variety of self-care features, including:

• Multi-language support (English and Persian/Farsi)
• Selection of a new Shatel Mobile number
• Account control and balance management
• Access to account information and package subscriptions for all SIM cards owned by an individual at a glance
• Viewing remaining balance, data, voice, and SMS packages, as well as detailed usage history
• Top-up and redeeming vouchers
• Activation or deactivation of various services, such as voice message service, call suspensions (incoming, outgoing, international, etc.), call waiting, call conference, data roaming, SMS services, voice services, call forwarding configurations, internet data services (3G and 4G), among others
• Viewing SIM card's PUK
• SIM card suspension or revoke suspension
• Accessing and activating new campaigns and promotional offers from Shatel Mobile
• Viewing and activating third-party subscriptions and VAS offers
• Changing subscription or tariff types
• Selecting and activating add-on bundles or combo packages with or without auto-renewal preferences
• Creating customer care request tickets and tracking the latest ticket statuses
• Viewing initial bundles, combo packages (voice, SMS, data, VOD content), internet packages, and basic tariffs
• Accessing information and redirecting to Shatel Mobile's online shop to order new SIM cards, FDD modems (outdoor, desktop, pocket mifi), carfi modems
• Directly contacting Shatel Mobile's customer care through voice calls or online chat with sales and after-sales support agents
• Viewing the latest news, offers, products, and services
• In-app notification inbox for announcements and news from Shatel Mobile
• Accessing Shatel Mobile's coverage map and conducting mobile speed tests
